I was bought the test by someone else… I was bought the test by someone else and it was not possible for me to transfer it to my self without having to phone and be talked through the process. The website was far too confusing. I was very pleased with the detail of the results but once again I found it very difficult to navigate round the e-mail I was sent. You should learn the benefit of clarity in your IT department.

The website is confusing and hard to… The website is confusing and hard to use. It has too many buttons, most of which aren't clear on what they do, even after you click them. The search is very time wasting and badly designed. At first use, it initially searches very effectively to help build a tree, showing suggestions, but then this quickly changes to offering thousands of options. There are few filters and even when you've found a person (so you know the site has a record of them), that person record doesn't show up again in future searches!

Horrible experience!! Horrible experience!!! I signed up for the free trial and cancelled before the trial was up, but it never got cancelled. When I saw the charge on my credit card, I called to cancel ... they did cancel the one month they charged me...BUT refused to refund the $25 early cancellation fee. Bear in mind, this was 9 hours after the free trial period was up (when I did cancel before the free trial), which apparently never got processed.

The color wheel is very helpful along with the percentage breakdown of my background. I shared it with my family on our family meet day and got lots of support, comments and questions on how we can keep this going to learn more about our family.😁
