AUConstant spam emails were not appropriate The amount of advertising email and spam from ancestry.com was ridiculous. While we were waiting on the results we were bombarded with spam email from ancestry. We have already purchased the service. The constant request for upgraded packages and more money was not appropriate.

GBA lot of information but unhappy with… A lot of information but unhappy with the search process. It seems very difficult to narrow things down. Because you cannot narrow the results, you spend hours looking through numerous possibilities.

When the results arrived, I felt that they affirmed what I was finding through the document evidence. I was impressed that the system estimates what portions of my background come from my paternal vs. maternal side.

GBI was bought the test by someone else… I was bought the test by someone else and it was not possible for me to transfer it to my self without having to phone and be talked through the process. The website was far too confusing. I was very pleased with the detail of the results but once again I found it very difficult to navigate round the e-mail I was sent. You should learn the benefit of clarity in your IT department.
