Uncontactable until 2 days after “item… Uncontactable until 2 days after “item was delivered”. Paid for tracking and express. Couldn’t receive the tracking number because it wasn’t sent. NO COMMUNICATION. I disputed with afterpay and got an email from bongsnpipes the next morning at 1am. I did not receive my package.

amazing customer service I have brought stuff from them twice now, both have been brilliant but I want to focus on this second time. I brought a sticker from them and for whatever reason, it came folded (the package its self wasn't damaged in any way) I e-mailed them and I didn't see a response but a few days later I received a brand new unfolded sticker! wonderful service. It also came 2 days early.

Absolutely disgusted with the “No… Absolutely disgusted with the “No Contact” after being sent a faulty product I have tried every avenue to contact them and 2 weeks later still nothing 🤬 i would not recommend this company guess once anything leaves their warehouse they give no f*#ks, the monies in their pocket already!! Not a way to run a business and in the lifetime of my online shopping I have never encountered such an approach!!

Great piece, great price, arrived on time. Poor (none) communication through email. I stumbled upon bongsnpipes while looking for a piece I really liked, but wasn't in stock on another site. They had the same piece for even cheaper than the other site, and it was in stock. I was concerned when I saw other reviews of their website as a scam, so I emailed the support contact after 2 days without an update on tracking for my order, but no reply. After I didn't get any replies from my e-mail, I figured it was money lost, but to my surprise, the package arrived in good condition, and exactly what I ordered. Very happy overall, relieved a little, but there could have been an email response from their support contact. Thanks guys :)

Waste Of Express Delivery! I ordered a few vapes & also paid $16 for express delivery and it’s been a week & still don’t have a tracking number. With my previous order, they came pretty quick but it a week earlier and still no update on express delivery is wild. I also contacted you guys via email and still no response about my order. I did receive an email about completed process of my order but that’s about it.
