Absolutely disgusted with the “No… Absolutely disgusted with the “No Contact” after being sent a faulty product I have tried every avenue to contact them and 2 weeks later still nothing 🤬 i would not recommend this company guess once anything leaves their warehouse they give no f*#ks, the monies in their pocket already!! Not a way to run a business and in the lifetime of my online shopping I have never encountered such an approach!!

Delivery was prompt Delivery was prompt, bong is great, I've bought this same bong a few times from you guys, the big problem is your cone piece the hole in the bottom is so small I can't use it, knowing this I ordered an extra cone piece hoping it would be different but it was the same small pin hole, if you have any other cone piece with a larger hole that's usable could you please send me a link and I'll purchase it.
