Pleased beyond measure (Pun intended) I waited a number of years before buying strings online as I crave the human experience. I searched everywhere for the specific strings I needed for my Manouche style guitar and couldn't find them locally. After easily finding and ordering my strings on the site, the strings came in quickly and inside the package was a signed note with a personal cell of someone I could call or TEXT with any questions. Top notch Great selection, good prices. Great service. They are proactive in resolving issues. I bought a guitar support which apparently had a fault and they promptly sent me an email stating the issue and they shipped out the new item right away.( I had noticed the problem but it was so minor I didn't even say anything to them) How many companies do that?
