Top notch Great selection, good prices. Great service. They are proactive in resolving issues. I bought a guitar support which apparently had a fault and they promptly sent me an email stating the issue and they shipped out the new item right away.( I had noticed the problem but it was so minor I didn't even say anything to them) How many companies do that? Extremely pleased with all of my purchases from them and will definitely continue doing business with them. 2 big thumbs up.

These guys have a passion for strings! I have ordered now 3 times and each every time my strings order arrived correct and before promised.
