Dometic 2454 Control Interface and Power Control Module 3Way Kit Item #97349 We had been looking for this part (or as it turns out combination of parts) for our Domectic 2454 refrigerator for a few months, even on Ebay! No one could get it until MAYBE March 2023 if then. I was reading on the Casita forum and someone mentioned getting a part for their fridge at dyersonline.com so I went to their website and found a kit that might work. I contacted the support team by email and was told part I needed was discontinued but they would forward our info to Dometic to see if that kit would fit our fridge and was told YES it would !! We placed an order that day and received it a few days later. It took three weeks for us to find time to install it. Easy peezy!! Excellent service & inventory I am so glad I found Dyers. I broke a part of my awning support and tried to find a replacement through my local RV parts store & online suppliers I knew by name. The only offers I received were for the full assemblies, which cost a lot more!! In a search I found Dyers & the have the exact make and separate part. This took me a while so I called them to see if I could have it shipped ASAP & get it before my trip & the customer service was also excellent & the price was great. I will by from Dyers from now on.

Excellent customer service!! First time ordering from Dyers and when it arrived, the box and the item inside was damaged. I called them the following day to tell them and within an hour, she had placed and shipped another one to me no charge. Very impressed with their excellent customer service. That is very hard to find these days and I very much appreciate it and it'll make me a repeat customer.

18 Coleman camper I found y’all on the net after multiple searches after my water heater went out after 3 months of the purchase! After calling the dealer for warranty and another 9 months of the run around my warranty was up, that’s when I found y’all! The part was a direct fit and way cheaper than having to carry the camper 70 miles to have repaired! I installed it in less than 5 minutes and have hot water now
