I called and talked to someone personally and followed up with a couple of emails while they researched what I needed. Once I had the part number, I could have gotten it a couple bucks cheaper on Amazon, but I ordered it from them because of their OUTSTANDING customer service. Way to go Dyers! Dometic 2454 Control Interface and Power Control Module 3Way Kit Item #97349 We had been looking for this part (or as it turns out combination of parts) for our Domectic 2454 refrigerator for a few months, even on Ebay! No one could get it until MAYBE March 2023 if then. I was reading on the Casita forum and someone mentioned getting a part for their fridge at dyersonline.com so I went to their website and found a kit that might work. I contacted the support team by email and was told part I needed was discontinued but they would forward our info to Dometic to see if that kit would fit our fridge and was told YES it would !! We placed an order that day and received it a few days later. It took three weeks for us to find time to install it. Easy peezy!! ordered the slim shade replacement … ordered the slim shade replacement entry door window with pleated shade. I received the window extremely fast, Dyers RV had the best price on the product. I love the way the new tinted window matches the rest of the windows in the trailer no more frosted glass!!!!
