Great customer support I ordered a new core furnace When it arrived the box was rough I inspected my core and found a broken part. Kristi from support was the most helpful person I’ve dealt with in years!!!!!!!! She is what this country is missing She answered my questions and emails promptly No waiting days for her to respond. great price, Fast shipping The price was the best I could find anywhere.. Got here much faster than what was expected.. The only thing I wish they would have asked me if I need the dryer vent attachments.. I couldn't find them anywhere around here where I am.. I think there is a special adapter that goes on the back of the washer dryer combination

Compromise reached Appreciated that a staff was willing to work with me on price for a part I needed for adapting my Demco base plate from a tabless hookup (for my Dominator tow bar) to a hookup that worked for my Quik Tow bar. Thanks! Audrey

Excellent service & inventory I am so glad I found Dyers. I broke a part of my awning support and tried to find a replacement through my local RV parts store & online suppliers I knew by name. The only offers I received were for the full assemblies, which cost a lot more!! In a search I found Dyers & the have the exact make and separate part. This took me a while so I called them to see if I could have it shipped ASAP & get it before my trip & the customer service was also excellent & the price was great. I will by from Dyers from now on.

Parts Extremely prompt service and delivery of a part. In fact the original part was broken, no fault of Dyers, and they shipped a new one the very day I emailed them. Will always use them first when I need a part.
