Excellent service & inventory I am so glad I found Dyers. I broke a part of my awning support and tried to find a replacement through my local RV parts store & online suppliers I knew by name. The only offers I received were for the full assemblies, which cost a lot more!! In a search I found Dyers & the have the exact make and separate part. This took me a while so I called them to see if I could have it shipped ASAP & get it before my trip & the customer service was also excellent & the price was great. I will by from Dyers from now on.

Ordered a washer/dryer on Sunday… Ordered a washer/dryer on Sunday evening and received it on Tuesday morning. I was expecting it to take maybe a week because it was truck freight. Definitely will use Dyers RV again. Unbelievable service!!!!

My package arrived damaged and with a… My package arrived damaged and with a part missing to an anti-sway hitch. Communication with Dyers was not a problem. Very friendly and extremely helpful. The missing part was quickly sent out after confirming package damage. Great price, great service...just what I would expect.

The trransaction was easy and they… The transaction was easy and they contacted me right away with back order items via e-mail in a timely manner. I tried to call but was asked by the recording to call back in 30 min. tried twice and never got to talk with anyone. Very strange?? The products were shipped in a box with no packing material. By the time they got to me the boxes were almost broken thru as the parts were two gear-heads just clunking around each other loose in a fairly large box. The other shipment was a single heavy motor also just clunking around in the box. I think i just lucked out without shipping damage.
