The process was easy, and the shipping was fast fast fast! I was surprised how quickly I received my order, and I was impressed by the care and attention to details with my order. I accidentally entered the wrong… I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and needed the shipper (Knife Art) to call FedEx and correct the address. I called in and spoke to Rodney directly. He was great! Quick response, no hassle, excellent customer service. The knife arrived a few days later and all was perfect. Happy to do business with Knife Art!

First purchase, worth it Awesome customer experience the knife was travelling outside the US and it did arrive super fast! The knife itself is gorgeous, I picked the small Sebenza Insingo with the exclusive carbon fibre. Superb quality, super lightweight, great bead ! Nothing I was not expecting nothing less, well I think that if that knife could be improved I wonder if both scales could be in carbon fibre and or double thumb studs.
