I sent this company an email just to inform them of the situation. Literally 20 minutes after I sent the email they were calling me to give me pointers on what to do next. Turns out the package was delivered next door so it all turned well. This company should educate other companies on the true meaning of exceptional customer service! I’m Very impressed. Thanks guys!
