Patio Pet Life - Great Product! Its such a convenient and afordable way to take of my dog. Without a yard for him to go to and me working a lot, this works great! The grass lasted way longer than I originally expected and its really easy to maintain. Would absolutely recommend this product to anyone that has a dog!

As I have stated on my past reviews As I have stated on my past reviews, the Patio Pet service is the best I have found after trying several others. The grass roll was slightly wetter and heavier than the last two, however grass itself was actually even nicer. Other services have an issue with overly wet grass because it is heavier and they do not always get the grass roll completely covered with the inner plastic bag. Their boxes are flimsy, get wet, and cannot hold up to the handling when being shipped. Patio Pet, however, has a much stronger, heavy duty box and the grass roll is packed completely in the internal plastic bag. The water from the grass does not leak out to the box making it wet and soggy, and the stronger box, taped with fiber-lined tape, holds up to the shipping real well.

Destroyed and useless packaging The packaging was throughly wet and destroyed upon arrival. Very disappointed! When shipping to the south, you must realize it rains and therefore package your product accordingly. Unfortunately I cannot use the wax lined box as a container for the grass patch.

Phenomenal product Great product! My dog can't live without it and it's always a pleasant experience to receive the patch and dispose of the other patch. The plastic gloves that come with every case and the treat for my dog are always such a thoughtful addition.

Slow shipping and grass lasts about 3 days Shipping has been delayed several times now. Similar companies have been taking 3 days for shipping, but here it’s been 5 days minimum. Grass shows up in poor condition and starting to rot due to being wet and rolled on itself. Ends up dying within about 3 days after arrival.
