I bought from Tahoe Mountain Sports because of their very competitive pricing (not realizing I'd also get a free pair of very cool socks in the process). When my jacket arrived, I had a size concern and called them. The phone was immediately answered by a live person who helped me address the issue (I didn't end up exchanging). Love the mittens, but Shipping wS fast, good selection of quality outdoor merchandise; the shipping charges are too high, Purchased a $70 pair of gloves, paid shipping; needed a larger size so returned, shipping for UPS was $26. All told, the Christmas gift of $70 mittens cost me over $125. That is the only thing that would keep me from shopping with Tahoe again.

Tahoe MS did, and the package even arrived to Canada ahead of time, with a normal FedEx fee, since Tahoe posted it in within an hour after my order went through their online payment system.
