I love my Black Diamond Trekking Poles and received wonderful service from Tahoe mountain Sports. I purchased a pair of Black Diamond FLZ Trekking Poles in early July. Not only do I love the trekking poles but they were shipped immediately. I received them in the mail in a matter of days even though it was over the 4th of July holiday weekend. The poles are light weight and break down easy into a nice compact unit for storage and traveling. I had a knee replacement last year and find the poles help take the stress off of my joints when hiking in hilly terrain as well as on flat ground. When using them I stand up straighter, they prevent me from favoring my weak knee and add a little aerobic workout to even simple walks on flat terrain.

Tahoe MS did, and the package even arrived to Canada ahead of time, with a normal FedEx fee, since Tahoe posted it in within an hour after my order went through their online payment system. Quick and Easy Ordered a pair of shoes which were 33% off of the manufactures price, shoes were shipped same day ordered 2 day USPS. Now if only the USPS could be as efficient and deliver within the 2 days. :) Shipping took 5 days total(not Tahoe's problem they did their job) Overall great experience and will use Tahoe again for my shoes.
