Great Customer Service I bought a visionaid magnifer from Amazon in May of this year. They are great I paint and the Magnifer works a treat. Unfortunately they broke in Novermber. I sent an email to Visionaid and they sent me out a new pair free of charge. They have the best customer service. A lot of other big companies could learn a lot from visionaid. A well-made magnifier kit A well-made magnifier kit. It fits verry well an offer lots of flexibility with the five magnifiers with different powers. The bright light comes in very handy. Also, I receive superb service from VisionAid. I highly recommend this product.

Purchased eleven months ago at a good… Purchased eleven months ago at a good price for a tool not used every week. At this almost first year anniversary I wasn’t able to recharge the built-in headlamp. Within minutes of posting my email to VisionAid I received an email reply. A few questions later I received notice the company was honoring their warranty hassle free. Some two weeks later a complete replacement was received. I’m impressed. The eye glasses are set up to high on… The eye glasses are set up to high on the head gear. When you look straight across with your head and line of sight looking straight forward, the lenses are fine. But if you tilt your head down (for tattooing and eyes also follow a downward look, the lenses are to high up even if you tilt the head gear lower in in the front, in unnatural position.

Just got the VisionAid in the mail… Just got the VisionAid in the mail today and couldn’t be happier. I was just commissioned to build a scale model for a veteran and would have had to rely on a bulky desk magnifying lamp. These are so light weight and with a variety of interchangeable lens magnifications, fine detail work is made so much easier. If you build models, do fine electrical work or more you need these.
