The eye glasses are set up to high on… The eye glasses are set up to high on the head gear. When you look straight across with your head and line of sight looking straight forward, the lenses are fine. But if you tilt your head down (for tattooing and eyes also follow a downward look, the lenses are to high up even if you tilt the head gear lower in in the front, in unnatural position.

Excellent customer service. When I received my magnifier, it would not charge the battery so the light would not work. I contacted VisionAid directly by email, and they got back to me within 24 hours promising to send a replacement. This came within days and all is now working well. The item itself is very comfortable to wear and does the job I need well.

I placed an order and my card was credited 7 day ago and the only thing I get by checking my order status is that it’s been received. There is nothing telling me when or will be shipped or the date I should receive it.
