At this almost first year anniversary I wasn’t able to recharge the built-in headlamp. Within minutes of posting my email to VisionAid I received an email reply. A few questions later I received notice the company was honoring their warranty hassle free. Some two weeks later a complete replacement was received. I’m impressed. I am a huge fan of my VisionAid… I am a huge fan of my VisionAid magnifier. So I was dismayed as my headstrap started to stretch out. Then I was super happy to see they offer replacement straps! There were some crossed wires with shipping but customer support was super fast and helpful! I’ve recommended the VisionAid magnifier to a lot of my cross stitching pals.

Awesome & Amazing! Thais vision aid is the best! It allows me to see close when I'm jewelry making or lets me see clearly if there are any micro bubbles in my resin. If you're going to own a pair of magnifiers look no further these are the ones you want. Oh and their customer service John was so helpful and nice it was a true pleasure doing business with the company.

Great product and awesome customer service My magnifying glass was damaged during shipping. I used tape to hold it together and it’s still useable. I let the company know what happened and they sent me a new one. Awesome customer service and I would highly recommend to anyone. The magnifying glass itself is a 5 star product.
