GBSuper Customer Service! I am so impressed with the customer service I received last week! I’ve purchased a VisionAid magnifier a bit over a year ago and recently broke the clip that holds the magnifying lens. I got on VisionAid’s website and ordered a new clip for a mere $5.99. Delivery was quick, but I was unable to attach the new clip. I emailed the company, got an IMMEDIATE, courteous reply, and mailed off the new clip, broken clip and magnifier. The company must have open my package upon receipt, attached my new clip and mailed it back out on the day they received it. Amazing. I have never experienced such impressive service from any company. Btw, I have purchased a second VisionAid magnifier so now have one downstairs and upstairs. I’ll be taking both to needlework camp to show them off and lend to my friends.

GBLove this led magnify light! This led magnify light is fantastic for my aging eyes. I've tried other products, but this magnifier with the led lights exceeded my expectations. I also love the built in stand. Had a small issue but it was quickly resolved with help from product support.

GBReceived a defective product and sent a… Received a defective product and sent a complaint to the email included in the instruction manual. I promptly received an answer stating that a replacement would be sent. I received a number of follow up emails informing me of the shipment status. I have received my working replacement. The entire process was handled in a prompt and expedited manner. Kudos for your professionalism and l will gladly recommend and purchase from you again. I am using this product to help in making various audio cables, including but not limited to XLR and RCA cables. It is a great aid in the soldering process.

GBThe eye glasses are set up to high on… The eye glasses are set up to high on the head gear. When you look straight across with your head and line of sight looking straight forward, the lenses are fine. But if you tilt your head down (for tattooing and eyes also follow a downward look, the lenses are to high up even if you tilt the head gear lower in in the front, in unnatural position.
