Excellent customer service. When I received my magnifier, it would not charge the battery so the light would not work. I contacted VisionAid directly by email, and they got back to me within 24 hours promising to send a replacement. This came within days and all is now working well. The item itself is very comfortable to wear and does the job I need well.

Vision Power This was my second order from this company. I decided to order an additional unit so I could have one at my house in the mountains. This allow me to take my smocking and sewing projects up there and work on them. I find the glasses easy to wear, love the variety of lens for amplification gives me choices.
