GBGreat product and awesome customer service My magnifying glass was damaged during shipping. I used tape to hold it together and it’s still useable. I let the company know what happened and they sent me a new one. Awesome customer service and I would highly recommend to anyone. The magnifying glass itself is a 5 star product.

GBThe magnifying glasses are great The magnifying glasses are great, my issue is with ordering parts for them. I placed an order and my card was credited 7 day ago and the only thing I get by checking my order status is that it’s been received. There is nothing telling me when or will be shipped or the date I should receive it.

AUGreat Customer Service I bought a visionaid magnifer from Amazon in May of this year. They are great I paint and the Magnifer works a treat. Unfortunately they broke in Novermber. I sent an email to Visionaid and they sent me out a new pair free of charge. They have the best customer service. A lot of other big companies could learn a lot from visionaid. Thanks for a great service.

GBI am a huge fan of my VisionAid… I am a huge fan of my VisionAid magnifier. So I was dismayed as my headstrap started to stretch out. Then I was super happy to see they offer replacement straps! There were some crossed wires with shipping but customer support was super fast and helpful! I’ve recommended the VisionAid magnifier to a lot of my cross stitching pals.

GBPurchased eleven months ago at a good… Purchased eleven months ago at a good price for a tool not used every week. At this almost first year anniversary I wasn’t able to recharge the built-in headlamp. Within minutes of posting my email to VisionAid I received an email reply. A few questions later I received notice the company was honoring their warranty hassle free. Some two weeks later a complete replacement was received. I’m impressed.
