I let the company know what happened and they sent me a new one. Awesome customer service and I would highly recommend to anyone. The magnifying glass itself is a 5 star product.

GBExcellent customer service. When I received my magnifier, it would not charge the battery so the light would not work. I contacted VisionAid directly by email, and they got back to me within 24 hours promising to send a replacement. This came within days and all is now working well. The item itself is very comfortable to wear and does the job I need well.

GBThe magnifying glasses are great The magnifying glasses are great, my issue is with ordering parts for them. I placed an order and my card was credited 7 day ago and the only thing I get by checking my order status is that it’s been received. There is nothing telling me when or will be shipped or the date I should receive it.

GBVision Power This was my second order from this company. I decided to order an additional unit so I could have one at my house in the mountains. This allow me to take my smocking and sewing projects up there and work on them. I find the glasses easy to wear, love the variety of lens for amplification gives me choices. At this almost first year anniversary I wasn’t able to recharge the built-in headlamp. Within minutes of posting my email to VisionAid I received an email reply. A few questions later I received notice the company was honoring their warranty hassle free. Some two weeks later a complete replacement was received. I’m impressed.
