GBI am a huge fan of my VisionAid… I am a huge fan of my VisionAid magnifier. So I was dismayed as my headstrap started to stretch out. Then I was super happy to see they offer replacement straps! There were some crossed wires with shipping but customer support was super fast and helpful! I’ve recommended the VisionAid magnifier to a lot of my cross stitching pals.

I promptly received an answer stating that a replacement would be sent. I received a number of follow up emails informing me of the shipment status. I have received my working replacement. The entire process was handled in a prompt and expedited manner. Kudos for your professionalism and l will gladly recommend and purchase from you again. I am using this product to help in making various audio cables, including but not limited to XLR and RCA cables. It is a great aid in the soldering process.

GBExcellent customer service. When I received my magnifier, it would not charge the battery so the light would not work. I contacted VisionAid directly by email, and they got back to me within 24 hours promising to send a replacement. This came within days and all is now working well. The item itself is very comfortable to wear and does the job I need well.
