Great Customer Service I bought a visionaid magnifer from Amazon in May of this year. They are great I paint and the Magnifer works a treat. Unfortunately they broke in Novermber. I sent an email to Visionaid and they sent me out a new pair free of charge. They have the best customer service. A lot of other big companies could learn a lot from visionaid. The magnifying glasses are great The magnifying glasses are great, my issue is with ordering parts for them. I placed an order and my card was credited 7 day ago and the only thing I get by checking my order status is that it’s been received. There is nothing telling me when or will be shipped or the date I should receive it.

A well-made magnifier kit A well-made magnifier kit. It fits verry well an offer lots of flexibility with the five magnifiers with different powers. The bright light comes in very handy. Also, I receive superb service from VisionAid. I highly recommend this product.
