Great product and awesome customer service My magnifying glass was damaged during shipping. I used tape to hold it together and it’s still useable. I let the company know what happened and they sent me a new one. Awesome customer service and I would highly recommend to anyone. The magnifying glass itself is a 5 star product.

A few questions later I received notice the company was honoring their warranty hassle free. Some two weeks later a complete replacement was received. I’m impressed. The magnifying glasses are great The magnifying glasses are great, my issue is with ordering parts for them. I placed an order and my card was credited 7 day ago and the only thing I get by checking my order status is that it’s been received. There is nothing telling me when or will be shipped or the date I should receive it.

Reading Everything! Just tried on my vision Aid Magnifier. A quick read of the instructions and details provided me with info and magnifier options I might otherwise not have found. Made reading small print and working with fine detail possible again. Very happy with this product!
