Super Customer Service! I am so impressed with the customer service I received last week! I’ve purchased a VisionAid magnifier a bit over a year ago and recently broke the clip that holds the magnifying lens. I got on VisionAid’s website and ordered a new clip for a mere $5.99. Delivery was quick, but I was unable to attach the new clip. I emailed the company, got an IMMEDIATE, courteous reply, and mailed off the new clip, broken clip and magnifier. The company must have open my package upon receipt, attached my new clip and mailed it back out on the day they received it. Amazing. I have never experienced such impressive service from any company. Btw, I have purchased a second VisionAid magnifier so now have one downstairs and upstairs. I’ll be taking both to needlework camp to show them off and lend to my friends.

Great Customer Service I bought a visionaid magnifer from Amazon in May of this year. They are great I paint and the Magnifer works a treat. Unfortunately they broke in Novermber. I sent an email to Visionaid and they sent me out a new pair free of charge. They have the best customer service. A lot of other big companies could learn a lot from visionaid. Thanks for a great service.

This is one of my best purchases This is one of my best purchases. It’s so light and easy to use. I can use it anywhere. Fantastic product, and now that I have discovered that you can buy replacement parts, it’s even better.

First impression on VisionAid magnifier VisionAid magnifier is a relatively inexpensive tool that helps me to perform work on electronic soldering and other closeup vision tasks that I used to perform without glasses before I turned 50. I have used them on a couple tasks and they have helped greatly. Everything worked out of the box. I understand that these are not a precision professional optical instrument costing much more. I was hoping to have a wider field of view, but that is likely the trade-off for the price point these are at. If you need to perform closeup vision work at various times and need an aid, these are worth the money.

Awesome & Amazing! Thais vision aid is the best! It allows me to see close when I'm jewelry making or lets me see clearly if there are any micro bubbles in my resin. If you're going to own a pair of magnifiers look no further these are the ones you want. Oh and their customer service John was so helpful and nice it was a true pleasure doing business with the company.
