Great Customer Service I bought a visionaid magnifer from Amazon in May of this year. They are great I paint and the Magnifer works a treat. Unfortunately they broke in Novermber. I sent an email to Visionaid and they sent me out a new pair free of charge. They have the best customer service. A lot of other big companies could learn a lot from visionaid. Thanks for a great service.

Just got the VisionAid in the mail… Just got the VisionAid in the mail today and couldn’t be happier. I was just commissioned to build a scale model for a veteran and would have had to rely on a bulky desk magnifying lamp. These are so light weight and with a variety of interchangeable lens magnifications, fine detail work is made so much easier. If you build models, do fine electrical work or more you need these.

Received a defective product and sent a… Received a defective product and sent a complaint to the email included in the instruction manual. I promptly received an answer stating that a replacement would be sent. I received a number of follow up emails informing me of the shipment status. I have received my working replacement. The entire process was handled in a prompt and expedited manner. Kudos for your professionalism and l will gladly recommend and purchase from you again. I am using this product to help in making various audio cables, including but not limited to XLR and RCA cables. It is a great aid in the soldering process.

I am a huge fan of my VisionAid… I am a huge fan of my VisionAid magnifier. So I was dismayed as my headstrap started to stretch out. Then I was super happy to see they offer replacement straps! There were some crossed wires with shipping but customer support was super fast and helpful! I’ve recommended the VisionAid magnifier to a lot of my cross stitching pals.

Excellent product and customer service My wife bought these for cross stitching and loves them. We had an issue when they stopped changing but we contacted the company and couldn’t have been more pleased with their speedy reply, response and solution.
