There were some crossed wires with shipping but customer support was super fast and helpful! I’ve recommended the VisionAid magnifier to a lot of my cross stitching pals.

A few questions later I received notice the company was honoring their warranty hassle free. Some two weeks later a complete replacement was received. I’m impressed.
