Great product and awesome customer service My magnifying glass was damaged during shipping. I used tape to hold it together and it’s still useable. I let the company know what happened and they sent me a new one. Awesome customer service and I would highly recommend to anyone. The magnifying glass itself is a 5 star product.

A well-made magnifier kit A well-made magnifier kit. It fits verry well an offer lots of flexibility with the five magnifiers with different powers. The bright light comes in very handy. Also, I receive superb service from VisionAid. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent customer service. When I received my magnifier, it would not charge the battery so the light would not work. I contacted VisionAid directly by email, and they got back to me within 24 hours promising to send a replacement. This came within days and all is now working well. The item itself is very comfortable to wear and does the job I need well.

Purchased eleven months ago at a good… Purchased eleven months ago at a good price for a tool not used every week. At this almost first year anniversary I wasn’t able to recharge the built-in headlamp. Within minutes of posting my email to VisionAid I received an email reply. A few questions later I received notice the company was honoring their warranty hassle free. Some two weeks later a complete replacement was received. I’m impressed. Super Customer Service! I am so impressed with the customer service I received last week! I’ve purchased a VisionAid magnifier a bit over a year ago and recently broke the clip that holds the magnifying lens. I got on VisionAid’s website and ordered a new clip for a mere $5.99. Delivery was quick, but I was unable to attach the new clip. I emailed the company, got an IMMEDIATE, courteous reply, and mailed off the new clip, broken clip and magnifier. The company must have open my package upon receipt, attached my new clip and mailed it back out on the day they received it. Amazing. I have never experienced such impressive service from any company. Btw, I have purchased a second VisionAid magnifier so now have one downstairs and upstairs. I’ll be taking both to needlework camp to show them off and lend to my friends.
