Helpful customer service. Suboptimal packaging. I was new to your website as I found a good sale that introduced me to it. The sale expired by one day as I was waiting daily on a 10% off new user coupon (which wouldn't have worked anyway since it was a sale item - i missed that part). I called and received a portion of the sale price which was not sufficient for me but appreciated. 1 week later the sale returned (odd, but OK). I purchased the Arcteryx Altra 85 pack. Of note the pack came shipped folded up with the (removable) waist belt also folded rather than removed and packed around. Not the worst thing but probably not ideal. All in all a good experience despite my learning curve to your website tendencies and the slight packaging issue.

So easy I forgot I bought it. The CatEye Sensor And Computer got eaten by the spokes on my bike. I didn't want to buy another complete unit and found this kit at MP+. Their website was so easy to navigate that I bought it during a boring business meeting. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly.

Amazing gear at the right price I bought the Osprey Aether for my husband's birthday next month. If he doesn't like it, then I'll be happy to claim it as my own! I found a spectacular deal on MPG and received my order promptly. So far so good! I'm looking forward to finding more great gear on MPG's site in the future.

Great Service! I had trouble getting a coupon to work on the website and Colby did a great job helping me to ensure it was applied to my order. He even called me to ensure my billing and shipping addresses were correct! Great service and prices, I would highly recommend this company.

All bases - covered. I found MPGear for the first time after receiving a coupon from a trail race, and was quickly impressed by their selection of gear across the spectrum of sports/pursuits. Since using that first coupon, I've returned to buy from these folks more than once - sometimes it's the only site where a given item is listed for sale... anywhere (online). Keep this company in your 'first-tier' consideration set - not just for gear availability, but for competitive prices AND paid-shipping above $45. Thanks y'all!
