Good Deal on Snow Shoe Bags After some difficulty getting the "My Troop" authorization recognized by the Mountains Plus web site -- mostly my fault as a new user -- I was finally able to complete this transaction. The customer service when I called was excellent, and he tried to help as much as possible. Finally, I figured out I had to actually sign up as a member, not just as a guest user!! I have been looking for a reasonable price deal on Crescent Moon snowshoe bags. Mountains Plus had a sale on these bags, and once I had the membership process completed, I purchased the two bags. The actual transaction was smooth and efficient. The bags were great, not seconds or rejects!! Overall, I would recommend this site. They do a great job and will only get better as this site grows. So easy I forgot I bought it. The CatEye Sensor And Computer got eaten by the spokes on my bike. I didn't want to buy another complete unit and found this kit at MP+. Their website was so easy to navigate that I bought it during a boring business meeting. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly.

WORST SHOPPING EXERIENCE I placed my order for some snowshoes with Mountains Plus Outdoor Gear on Dec. 1, 2014, and after the worst shopping experience of my life, I finally cancelled the order today, Feb. 12, 2015. DO NOT shop with this company. I placed literally dozens of phone calls to their Customer Service (speaking with Colby and Doug on multiple occasions), and never got any service whatsoever. Excuses, unanswered emails, and false promises to call me back--this is all I ever received
