Bendable Bright Lighs I ordered two Bendable Bright Lights from SewingPartsOnline because they offered the best price online. Package arrived sooner than expected and was obviously packed with care. The lights are perfect and I recommend them for anyone who uses a sewing machine!

This company goes the extra mile in… This company goes the extra mile in customer service! I am making a king quilt for my sister's birthday and 50th wedding anniversary. I ordered my thread to quilt and it seemed longer than ever to receive. I wrote to ask when it might be sent and customer service immediately responded, explaining the delay and when it was expected. Imagine my delight when all the thread came on Thursday when the shipping company predicted a Monday delivery! Now the only delay is me :). I am a loyal fan of Sewing Parts Online for all my quilting and sewing needs.

I have ordered from Sewingpartsonline… I have ordered from Sewingpartsonline several times and every time the experience has been positive. They tend to have the best normal prices, honor or offer the discounts that manufacturers are showing at the time of order and then provide quick order fulfillment and shipping. Just a great company!

Great company, great ruler. I received my order in a timely manner and the rulers are wonderful. As you get older, hand strength to hold a ruler down isn’t as strong so rulers can sometimes slip a fraction when cutting. Quilter’s Select rulers alleviate that problem. The grip is phenomenal and it makes cutting much more precise. I’d recommend them to anyone. Also, I found your company online and I love all the products you carry. An added treat were the mini lessons you offered over the last few days for National Sewing Month. I took advantage of many of them once I figured out that they were on CST!! I missed a few that I wanted to see 😕 because of my stupidity. I hope this is an annual event.

Fails its customers I agree with the reviewer regarding their return policy. It is a joke and only favors their company. They are not easy returns. They start with boilerplate responses and always want a ‘technician’ to look at the defective products they sell and then charge you to return the item for their discretionary assessment or deduct their shipping charge from whatever discretionary credit they offer if you received free shipping. Mine was a dangerously flawed rotary cutter they first suggested I adjust. It’s designed to cut through 6 layers of fabric. Customers should not have to deal with fixing defects. You will never recoup the cost of what you paid if you return anything to them. They are an example of all around bad business practice and fail at customer service. Better to file a complaint with the state attorneys general and let consumer affairs investigate.
