I was able to replace the chaining tongue on my presser foot - a piece which my local sewing repair shop told me couldn't be replaced, I'd have to buy a new presser foot. I didn't want to pay for shipping so elected for standard ground and received the part in 5 days. Thank you for shipping so fast!

GBFails its customers I agree with the reviewer regarding their return policy. It is a joke and only favors their company. They are not easy returns. They start with boilerplate responses and always want a ‘technician’ to look at the defective products they sell and then charge you to return the item for their discretionary assessment or deduct their shipping charge from whatever discretionary credit they offer if you received free shipping. Mine was a dangerously flawed rotary cutter they first suggested I adjust. It’s designed to cut through 6 layers of fabric. Customers should not have to deal with fixing defects. You will never recoup the cost of what you paid if you return anything to them. They are an example of all around bad business practice and fail at customer service. Better to file a complaint with the state attorneys general and let consumer affairs investigate.
