He, too, was impressed with the high quality. We found the most unique prints at Kovi. Not only do they offer wonderful products, but their customer service is extremely caring and attentive. And the fabrics arrived sooner than expected. You cannot go wrong with Kovi.

I received particularly good service when I called to get an estimate on what amount I needed for my project. The responder seemed very knowledgeable and guided me patiently through the process, even making suggestions I hadn't considered. I'll be looking to KOVI again for sure.

While dealing with FedEx, I contacted customer support at Kovi Fabrics (via email) and Andrea couldn't have been sweeter and more efficient. She immediately got the warehouse to send replacement fabric which arrived in three days. The fabric is of excellent quality and I am looking forward to getting my dining room chairs upholstered.
