Just awful Just awful. Ordered samples that never arrived. Then tried to contact customer service to find out what happened. Customer Service is basically non-existent. It's a voicemail box and you never get a return call. Do yourself a favor and don't ever order from this company. I'm not even sure they really exist.

Samples made my choice low risk! Love the vinyl Samples made selection a low risk proposition. The vinyl is perfect for my application and I am excited to reupholster my 911 with it. Great service and post-sale response from Kovi. Will buy from them again.

Kovi fabric is not a real company even… Kovi fabric is not a real company even though I got my money back. They do not have any inventory. a poor estimate when orders are being delivered. One man dirk customer service. If that’s really his name. No real offices a mail order box in several residential areas. If you have a project you want done go to a real company. Decorators best Kravet zarrins joes anyone but kovi pay more but get your fabric.

Great Experience Finding upholstery fabric these days is a bit of a challenge if you are not working with an Interior Designer. Brick & mortar fabric stores with fabric inventory is just not available anymore. KOVI's online experience was excellent. I was able to order lots of samples and then apply the cost of the samples to my final fabric order. Definitely order samples! I received some surprises when I actually received the sample.....mostly with the actual fabric sheen and size of pattern. The KOVI staff are also very helpful and ready to help you find your perfect fabric.

Pearl White Ostrich… We ordered the Pearl White Ostrich Hide Animal Skin Texture Vinyl Upholstery Fabric K8968 trying to find something we didn’t have to worry about with the children. The project is finished and we are very happy with the material. The upholstery company said the material was high quality and should last us a lifetime! We put red wine on the sample before ordering it and let it sit for 2 days. There wasn't a stain when I washed it off. Child & adult proof!!!
