While dealing with FedEx, I contacted customer support at Kovi Fabrics (via email) and Andrea couldn't have been sweeter and more efficient. She immediately got the warehouse to send replacement fabric which arrived in three days. The fabric is of excellent quality and I am looking forward to getting my dining room chairs upholstered.
