Loving my fabric We ordered some upholstery fabric to redo our dining room chairs. I was hesitant to order this online because I usually need to touch, feel and see what I am buying but I was very pleased with what I purchased. The colors were exactly as seen online and the texture and quality was what I hoped for. Came very professionally packaged as well. Love my fabric.

Just awful Just awful. Ordered samples that never arrived. Then tried to contact customer service to find out what happened. Customer Service is basically non-existent. It's a voicemail box and you never get a return call. Do yourself a favor and don't ever order from this company. I'm not even sure they really exist.

I had a terrific experience with KOVI I had a terrific experience with KOVI. Their selection is expansive and they sent me the samples I requested in a timely fashion. Once I decided on the one I want, an awesome saddle-like vinyl that really looks like leather, they deducted the (modest) cost of the samples they'd sent earlier and I got the full five yards right away. Very good prices and selections. I highly recommend them!

Excellent Service Excellent Service I had worked with other companies and ordered fabric just to find out after ordering, my fabric was not available. I happened by KOVI, left a message, and someone called, looked at my project, determined how much fabric, helped me place the order, and the fabric was here within days. Just dropped off at upholsterer. Can't wait to see the final result. Will send photos.
