Faulty purchase wasn't refunded Purchased a movie prop through their shop on Ebay. Upon delivery the item was faulty. The electronics wasn't working how it should. Upon messaging them they were quick to help but it quickly transpired after a barrage of back and forth emails they were completely fobbing me off. I requested either a refund or a return address to ship back the item to them. To which they went silent. I reached out to them on Facebook to which I was blocked. I would suggest you tread carefully with this company as they promise you everything and deliver on nothing. So now I will review their website on as many review platforms as I can including google to make others aware

Shane is the man! Shane is the man! Great communication. In the collectibles, half of getting new pieces is the experience you get when buying. As I get older, I want to fuss less with larger retailers who offer promos and rewards programs but I’d rather deal with someone who is solid and will look out for you. I’ve found two retailers that I stick with. Secret Compass is definitely one and you find one that works for you, stay loyal.

They were recommended by a trusted friend that had a great experience, and they did everything they could to make sure all our questions were answered, and that we got a price for goods + shipping that we were comfortable with. They also gave us a choice of shippers (which some sellers do not!) We'll be dealing with them again for sure!
