Purchased an awesome limited edition… Purchased an awesome limited edition print. It shipped right away, but was immediately lost by the USPS. I contacted the seller and he followed up as best he could. I was about to get a refund when the print miraculously reappeared. The print was in perfect condition and packed very well to protect it on its mysterious journey through the multiverse. A good company that stands behind its products and service.

10/10 Experience I don't usually write reviews, but I did a lot of digging before deciding to purchase from SecretCompassOnline and wanted to leave my two cents here since there's not a whole lot of feedback out there. I purchased a Prime 1 statue from them back in December 2022 and the entire experience was great! Because of the holidays I was a bit worried about shipping not updating after a week or two from getting the number so I reached out and they were very quick and nice despite the holidays. We waited a few more days to see if the shipping would update (I am not a shipping novice, so I know when my "hmmmmmmmm" meters start going off and decide to check in). But they were right and the post office was just SUPER backed up but it did update and arrived promptly after. Even customs didn't hit as hard as I expected it to for where I live in Canada. Don't know if I got uncharacteristically lucky or if they are just magic. Very happy with my experience here and definitely plan to purchase from them again in the future ^.^

I have dealt with this company on several occasions and had nothing but amazing transactions with him! They are highly recommended by me I have dealt with this company several times in the past for one sixth scale high-end figures and the higher-end prime 1 statues. Secret compass is second to none their customer service is stellar and the way they make sure you're packaging is secure and pristine Shane is Top notch and so is his team!

Faulty purchase wasn't refunded Purchased a movie prop through their shop on Ebay. Upon delivery the item was faulty. The electronics wasn't working how it should. Upon messaging them they were quick to help but it quickly transpired after a barrage of back and forth emails they were completely fobbing me off. I requested either a refund or a return address to ship back the item to them. To which they went silent. I reached out to them on Facebook to which I was blocked. I would suggest you tread carefully with this company as they promise you everything and deliver on nothing. So now I will review their website on as many review platforms as I can including google to make others aware

Could not be happier These folks went above-and-beyond to sort out a purchase for us. They were recommended by a trusted friend that had a great experience, and they did everything they could to make sure all our questions were answered, and that we got a price for goods + shipping that we were comfortable with. They also gave us a choice of shippers (which some sellers do not!) We'll be dealing with them again for sure!
