Misleading sales practices I purchased two books from rentbooks.com and thought I was getting a fair price. However, while found the biology book I was looking for new and it was listed under the correct ISBN: 9781285427812: Concepts and Applications, by Starr, 9th Edition, but it actually shipped as ISBN: 9781285427843 which is the instructor's edition which is copy right protected and they are not suppose to sell it to anyone which they obviously did. Furthermore they will not purchase it back when I'm done with it. So I bought the book thinking I could sell it back, but they refuse to buyback what they sold after I'm done with it.

Just Fine!!! I am renting 3 books from rentbooks.com and it is so cheap if you compare to other websites, but it also comes with some consequences. I am renting 3 books from them, 1 book is totally fine, the other book looks so bad, even the cover looks so messed up (in contrast which is they have on their website), another one is loose leaf version book without its binder. I had to bought it separately in order to make that book usable. I don't care thou since it is so cheap.

Quick and Accurate Rentbooks had a set of books that was advertised on another site 'on sale', yet they had no stock. I purchased from rentbooks and even with expedited shipping, the cost was less than the original 'sale' price. Very quick shipping, well packaged and a delight to receive.

Great Resource for Books! I needed two books that were going to cost me $500+ and I found on this site available for rent for less than $175 total! My books arrived in near perfect condition and in two days! I have now recommended to my classmates who struggle to pay for books!!

Great Price, but slow delivery The price of the book was fabulous and I love that I can rent a book and easily send it back. Maybe I'm spoiled by Amazon prime but I paid for faster shipping and faster meant within 3-5 business days. Amazon can deliver in 2, and the only reason I didn't use Amazon was because they didn't have the version of the book I need for my class.
