Not bad for a first time renter I rented a used book and it looks more worn-out than what was initially described in the description but overall, it's not that bad considering the low price. The shipping was fast which was great. I'm a little bit worried with returning the book because it's my first time renting through this company and I don't have much of a clue on how to return rentals but we'll see what happens by the end of the semester. :)

Misleading sales practices I purchased two books from rentbooks.com and thought I was getting a fair price. However, while found the biology book I was looking for new and it was listed under the correct ISBN: 9781285427812: Concepts and Applications, by Starr, 9th Edition, but it actually shipped as ISBN: 9781285427843 which is the instructor's edition which is copy right protected and they are not suppose to sell it to anyone which they obviously did. Furthermore they will not purchase it back when I'm done with it. So I bought the book thinking I could sell it back, but they refuse to buyback what they sold after I'm done with it.

Won't be returning. Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with rentbooks.com. I am disappointed with the service. I can't believe the rental starts right when you order the books, not when your books are received like other rental companies. I am just baffled at how horrible my experience was. I did not receive my books on time. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Get your textbooks here. I have searched a lot of websites and this one had the cheapest prices by far. This made me a little worried, but I received all the right textbooks and within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Anytime I had a question, I would email customer service and they got back with me right away.

Rentbooks.com is reliable Rentbooks.com is trustworthy. Excellent customer service. Prompt service. They make returning books easy and convenient. I have used them in the past, never had a problem and their service today is still excellent!
