Misleading sales practices I purchased two books from rentbooks.com and thought I was getting a fair price. However, while found the biology book I was looking for new and it was listed under the correct ISBN: 9781285427812: Concepts and Applications, by Starr, 9th Edition, but it actually shipped as ISBN: 9781285427843 which is the instructor's edition which is copy right protected and they are not suppose to sell it to anyone which they obviously did. Furthermore they will not purchase it back when I'm done with it. So I bought the book thinking I could sell it back, but they refuse to buyback what they sold after I'm done with it.

Get your textbooks here. I have searched a lot of websites and this one had the cheapest prices by far. This made me a little worried, but I received all the right textbooks and within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Anytime I had a question, I would email customer service and they got back with me right away.

Best decision of my life During my first semester in college, I had no clue how I would get cheaper books online rather than buying them from the on campus bookstore. My sister who had attended the same college before recommended that I either rent or buy my books on this website. This has been a life saver! Easy Going this was a very painless process to order the book & the time I received it was impeccable. I am not too sure about how to send it back, as I don't see a mailing label that they advised would be emailed, but I have no worries that customer service will be able to assist me with that.
