Won't be returning. Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with rentbooks.com. I am disappointed with the service. I can't believe the rental starts right when you order the books, not when your books are received like other rental companies. I am just baffled at how horrible my experience was. I did not receive my books on time. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

TextBook not accurately described, Must return. Ordered a NEW, current edition, textbook that was described as "exactly the same as the student edition." I knew I was ordering a teacher edition but description did not say MindTab access code is NOT included. The student edition has a MindTab (online resources) access code, so this product is not "exactly" the same (I discovered after waiting 1 1/2 weeks for arrival). If MindTap detail was made clear in the description I could have selected differently. MindTap access as a separate purchase is a whopping $80.

My text book experience I got my textbook right on time & the price to rent was just in my budget not to mention the service was awesome! However when I opened the book for the first time there was a mass amount of highlighting and writing inside the book. This was disappointing but besides that I would still use rentbooks.com again in the future for sure!!

Great Resource for Books! I needed two books that were going to cost me $500+ and I found on this site available for rent for less than $175 total! My books arrived in near perfect condition and in two days! I have now recommended to my classmates who struggle to pay for books!!

Rentbooks I absolutely recommend rentbooks.com, I have rented my college textbooks for the second time and I am completely satisfied. The savings from renting to buying books is immense. I bought books from the college that were not even utilized for entire semester and I feel great knowing that this will never happen again with Rentbooks. I find exactly what I am looking for on their site which is totally user friendly and they always have a variety of products to choose from.
