The most carefully packed present I have ever received, the Belgisn chocolates are absolutely delicious, like eating a cup of your favourite capuccino coffee, difficult to stop once begun! Not tasted the wine yet, Cote du Rhone red is my favourite, but feel sure the pedigree of the Bordeaux red from a vineyard dating back to 1883 will be equally satisfying, All round an excellent gift. Nota bene. I was the recipient, not the giver.

I was a little disappointed in the size of the champagne supplied, but I'll maybe read the small print in the future. The bottle quantity was small compared to the photo.

I had a problem with the address initially and they were able to fix this problem straight away. The message wasn't received from the delivery company unfortunately and therefore the order did not make it to the destination for the scheduled date. CadoFrance made contact very easy. They worked with me and the delivery company to ensure the gift was received. And that it was, in excellent condition. I can not fault this service! Contact is excellent and they truely work for the customer. I will definitely be looking to them in the future.

Delivered Late :( Ordered on April 23rd for specific delivery date of May 6th, my friend's birthday. My parcel was only shipped out on May 5th, and did not make it on time. Expected delivery is not until May 9th. Why even have the option for a specific delivery date if they can't adhere to it? I ordered well in advance. EDIT: Customer service is very responsive, kind, and proactive. I had a very pleasant experience communicating with them via email. While we weren't able to complete the delivery, they offered alternatives and relieved my stress about the situation. Thank you guys for your wonderful customer service team!
