Pleased with the products; delivery service needs improvement The products are very nice and beautifully presented. I only have a problem with the way the deliveries are handled. A phone call to the recipient would save time and be more efficient. The delivery was delayed and had to be rescheduled which was disappointing to me, the sender.

The most carefully packed present I have ever received, the Belgisn chocolates are absolutely delicious, like eating a cup of your favourite capuccino coffee, difficult to stop once begun! Not tasted the wine yet, Cote du Rhone red is my favourite, but feel sure the pedigree of the Bordeaux red from a vineyard dating back to 1883 will be equally satisfying, All round an excellent gift. Nota bene. I was the recipient, not the giver.

Cadofrance is the best! As I live in Australia, Sydney, and my son and his family live in Paris Cadofrance gifts are just perfect treats to celebrate special occasions. It was my son’s birthday this weekend and Cadofrance customer service was the best ensuring a champagne hamper arrived right on time! My French family are always delighted with their box of quality treats! Thank you again for helping me to celebrate my son’s birthday from the other side of the world!

They use UPS which never even attempts… They use UPS which never even attempts delivery in France. And when they even do, they only deliver between 9am and 6pm when people are at work. What a joke. Oh, and their depot for picking it up yourself is 50km away!! Don’t use the absolute worst courrier service in Europe and expect to run a business properly. Find a different delivery provider than has local access/relay pickup points at local businesses or that delivers at night or early mornings before work like FedEx or DHL. Otherwise you’re essentially just running a scam. So you’ll never actually receive anything that you order from this place and will have to do a chargeback to your bank card because they won’t refund. Avoid. Nothing but a disaster on two or three separate occasions.
