Love the store but I have to say you… Love the store but I have to say you are lacking in the section or selection of books on atheism and philosophy. I have gone to locations all over the the country and I think I have purchased most of the atheism and philosophy books in your stores I have visited. The bible, christian, and spirituality sections are huge. Take some space away from those sections. I buy a lot of books from Amazon and directly from atheist authors. There are a lot of us who are atheist and enjoy philosophy. That section deserves at least 2 bookshelves but there is less than one in each B&N I go to.

Good online service but poor packaging Book purchase on line was smoothly… Book purchase on line was smoothly processed. Only shortcoming was the book was packaged in a cardboard box unwrapped and left uncovered on porch in heavy rain. Box fell apart when lifted. Fortunately the book was dry but would not have been if left out a little longer. B&N should use recyclable packaging for shipping books.

Shipped fast, one book damaged My books arrived in two days of ordering them but one is folded pretty badly, I’ve got thick skin so I won’t return it but it is mildly annoying. EDIT: They offered to replace my book within 24 hours of this review being posted

Beat up box. Fortunately the books were vacuum wrapped in plastic because the shipping box was too big, the air packs were not satisfactory to cushion the books so they shifted inside and the box was really beat up. By the time the USPS delivered it, one entire end of the box was gaping open. Only the corners of the two large hardback books I ordered were a little bent. These are Christmas presents so I wanted them to be pristine. Next time I think I’ll pick up in store, if that option is available. Otherwise order process was great and delivery was actually 4 days earlier than expected.
