Scam Tactics and Poor Customer Service "I have ordered numerous helicopters, accessories, and parts in the past. Past orders I experienced good satisfaction, except for a bad battery in a $16 Syma S107 helicopter they would not replace. I did call them a few weeks after order about that problem. They would not do the right thing. What can I say....Poor customer service, seeing that I spent a few hundred on past orders. This last order as of August 23, 2012 was a big disappointment. Went to check out with 5 different helicopters in cart with free shipping offer, and after giving my credit card number and confirming order, they raised the prices on some of the helicopters. Pressed cancel button. Not sure if order went through or not. Not happy with these tactics. Time well tell if higher priced order went through. If it did, I will present case to credit card company, as I have printed copy of initial order. I am not sure if I will order again at some further time."

craiggerator I have log onto X-Heli for weeks and weeks looking for parts for my heli, and all you EVER see is "OUT OF STOCK" on just about any part or new heli's. And not only is X-Heli that way almost any rc parts supplyer is the same way.

shop at your own risk! I’ll never do business with this company again… ordered 2 helicopters – both defective. One flies so it really doesn’t matter that none of the lights work. The other one either won’t charge or just doesn’t have enough power to get off the ground. Numerous attempted calls – no answer. Numerous attempts at trying to do their web chat – no response. Several emails over 4 weeks – received 1 generic response that said they would update my issue and contact me asap – another week has gone by nothing more. Granted they were inexpensive helicopters, but what a major rip-off.

Avoid Xheli Poorest customer communication of any I've delt with. They do not advise that a produst is out of stock when the order is accepted, do not respond to e-mails unless threatened. Filed a claim with Visa and they were unable to contact them. (Don't know if they had any luck yet but Visa did issue me a credit.)

Customer Service really sucks however… Customer Service really sucks however the products are good and priced pretty well if you can find a deal. Do not expect amazon support but your item should be fine. Using them for a few years now.
