Do not buy from XHeli! They sent 2 non functional quadcopters. No phone support and their return procedure is so problematic we just contested it with our CC company.

No customer service. Defective products They claim to sell pre-tested and flown helos. Mine was defective out of the box and the maiden flight resulted in a crash due to throttle problems. Warranty is now void. From the reviews I've read they are selling factory seconds or "repaired" returns. I tend to agree with that. Personally I'll buy my next one local from a reputable seller. These folks flat out don't give a damn and they don't have to.

Very poor customer service and low quality items. I was searching for a specific RC Helicopter WLToys V931 and decided to buy from Xheli.com Unfortunately that choice wasn't in my best interest. First off the shipping cost was unreasonable for the $150.00 that I spent at their store. When I received the helicopter, it was broken in several places and the cosmetics of the v931 were less than poor. When I tried contacting them it was over a week before I finally was able to contact someone (after 6 emails and 5 "submit a tickets" which I received no response). All said they didn't refund the total amount that I spent on the helicopter. Unreliable customer service and poor products. I advise avoiding Xheli.com

Avoid Xheli Poorest customer communication of any I've delt with. They do not advise that a produst is out of stock when the order is accepted, do not respond to e-mails unless threatened. Filed a claim with Visa and they were unable to contact them. (Don't know if they had any luck yet but Visa did issue me a credit.)

No Problems I have ordered 5 helicopters from XHeli within the past year an haven't had any problems. All my helis worked great and they came within a week of placing the order. I'm not sure as to why others have had horrible experiences with this website. They might have gotten new employees or management or something recently, but I'm not sure. The only thing I don't like is the constant emails from the website. I plan on ordering a couple more times from XHeli in the near future.
