GBDo not buy from XHeli! They sent 2 non functional quadcopters. No phone support and their return procedure is so problematic we just contested it with our CC company.

GBNo Problems I have ordered 5 helicopters from XHeli within the past year an haven't had any problems. All my helis worked great and they came within a week of placing the order. I'm not sure as to why others have had horrible experiences with this website. They might have gotten new employees or management or something recently, but I'm not sure. The only thing I don't like is the constant emails from the website. I plan on ordering a couple more times from XHeli in the near future.

GBBait and Switch? Offered good price on a RC helicopter, but did not deliver - it turns out it was out of stock. Nobody told me until I inquired myself. I asked for a similarly priced helicopter that was now available. The price had gone up they said. It could have been an innocent mistake. But I think good business would have done the switch and kept the customer happy. It could easily be called "bait and switch" too. Would not recommend shopping there, there are many other places, which makes XHELI's actions even more odd. Be careful though, it seems many also offer good deal but then you have to wait 15-20 days to get it.

GBNO way to correct their problem I got a good price, delivered promptly; BUT, the charger is 2 pin plug for use in Europe. Won't work here! I get no replies to emails (6) requesting assistance or exchange policy. When I call phone number it's either busy or no answer and I've tried everyday for a week. I saved a couple bucks; but, it's not worth it. I will NEVER buy anything from xHeli again and I'll tell everyone I know about them. They knew what they were sending wasn't useable in U.S.; they must have bought a bunch at a discounted wholesale price.

GBDO NOT purchase from XHELI XHELI deserves no stars. I spent a significant amount on a quad copter. They send me a package that had obviously been opened. There was a fist sized wad of packing stuff lose in the box. Get this... there was mud on the foot pads of the Quad. Obviously sending me a returned item that should not have been returned. I could tell immediately after I opened the brown outer shipping box that something was wrong, yet they still packed it up and sent it to me as a "NEW" item. They have been hassling me about the return. They insist they didn't do it. They want pictures. Do not waste your money on these clowns. It is a hassle dealing with them. I've already wasted hours with no resolution.
