shop at your own risk! I’ll never do business with this company again… ordered 2 helicopters – both defective. One flies so it really doesn’t matter that none of the lights work. The other one either won’t charge or just doesn’t have enough power to get off the ground. Numerous attempted calls – no answer. Numerous attempts at trying to do their web chat – no response. Several emails over 4 weeks – received 1 generic response that said they would update my issue and contact me asap – another week has gone by nothing more. Granted they were inexpensive helicopters, but what a major rip-off.

Customer no service I bought an inexpensive Agilely RC copter and received it promptly. After seeing it hold charge for less than 45 seconds and the direction control not working, I decided to contact XHeli. There's nobody home; not the toll free number, the standard number is always busy. I sent an email with no reply after a week. Online chat is always busy. I ended up calling my credit card company to request a refund.

The Jury is Still Out on Conducting Future Business With XHELI It is indeed disappointing that quality of XHELI's service is erratic. I bought a product from them earlier this year and within a day or two received notification that the order was shipped. I was pleased that the order arrived within another day or two. I ordered parts for a RC Helicopter and received notification that the order was shipped. A day after that i was asked to rate the company on their performance. Assuming that their services would be reflective of my last experience I provided them very good ratings. I waited a few days and notice that the part did not appear. Yesterday I received a very disappointing email stating that the product was back ordered and would not be shipped for a whopping 4-6 weeks. While I did not mind waiting, I was confused about the notification of shipment and then the email informing me that the product was back ordered. I have written an email to customer service and will see what their explanation is. I do hope that my notification of shipment, request for ratings regarding my experience with the company and then notification that the product was back ordered are merely coincidental and more importantly that this merchant can restore my faith in their services.

customer support I recently purchased about 300 dollars worth of mdse from Xheli. As a new rc person i ordered one inexpensive model to practice with,, of course i broke it within 5 minutes ,, MY Fault! but their online customer service told me that there were no parts available and i should have purchased a more expensive unit. Thye support the high end units ,, why not the low,, i even had the part number for them. If it was my business i would have at least offered a low cost replacement to scavange parts from

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! you pick what you like, they ship it to you, you get it, your happy, you buy again, you pick, you pay, and IT NEVER SHOWS UP?, then you look for "CUSTOMER SERVICE", call their number, 5 out of 5 they are busy, meaning you wont ever get an answer, then you try chatting with them and they are like robots!, they are not so promising.... have no concern for your situation, they dont care... they just want your money...
