Avoid Xheli Poorest customer communication of any I've delt with. They do not advise that a produst is out of stock when the order is accepted, do not respond to e-mails unless threatened. Filed a claim with Visa and they were unable to contact them. (Don't know if they had any luck yet but Visa did issue me a credit.)

NO way to correct their problem I got a good price, delivered promptly; BUT, the charger is 2 pin plug for use in Europe. Won't work here! I get no replies to emails (6) requesting assistance or exchange policy. When I call phone number it's either busy or no answer and I've tried everyday for a week. I saved a couple bucks; but, it's not worth it. I will NEVER buy anything from xHeli again and I'll tell everyone I know about them. They knew what they were sending wasn't useable in U.S.; they must have bought a bunch at a discounted wholesale price.

Do not buy from XHeli! They sent 2 non functional quadcopters. No phone support and their return procedure is so problematic we just contested it with our CC company.

shop at your own risk! I’ll never do business with this company again… ordered 2 helicopters – both defective. One flies so it really doesn’t matter that none of the lights work. The other one either won’t charge or just doesn’t have enough power to get off the ground. Numerous attempted calls – no answer. Numerous attempts at trying to do their web chat – no response. Several emails over 4 weeks – received 1 generic response that said they would update my issue and contact me asap – another week has gone by nothing more. Granted they were inexpensive helicopters, but what a major rip-off.

Watch out! They seem to be a scam I would give this company 0 stars if it were an option. They called me a week ago to tell me that one battery out of several things ordered was putting my 2nd day shipment order on hold because it is not in stock. They left a number to contact them and it is forever busy, I have called it 50 or 60 times now. Also, the email customer support seems to be non existent and impossible to find to even send them an email. It seems that they would want to take better care of their customers when they are spending 300 plus dollars on orders. Who knows...maybe it is just a scam.
