They refused to answer emails until after it was delivered--and were smug and unapologetic for the absence of service. Not a safe company to buy from. Crappy customer service and arrogant employees.

Best prices and quick shipping This company has the best pricing out of anyone and the rental process was quick and easy! I think I got standard shipping (whichever was the cheapest or free option lol) and it arrived within like a week which was great!

Pleased overall I got exactly what I wanted & the delivery time frame quoted was actually a day early. This (brand new) book is beautiful but came with a significant crease in the front cover that I will live with and not worth returning for a replacement. I will buy my next text book from Knetbook
