GBPoor Packaging = Wet Book The book was packaged poorly and then delivered in the rain. This means that half the book got soaking wet and is now wrinkly. This was a really expensive book to now have wrinkly pages. Bummer.

GBIt’s been over a week since my order… It’s been over a week since my order was placed. No response from Knetbooks about the status of my order, no info on shipping. Yet I’ve now received two emails asking me how happy I am with my shopping experience. Maybe spend more effort on order fulfillment and less on trying to garner favorable reviews?
