Horribly disorganized company and they ignore all emails in response to their emails My son rented one textbook for his first semester in college, which he ended up not using. In fact, he never unwrapped it. At the end of last semester, he shipped it back using their Knetbooks preprinted label, via UPS before the deadline. He/I have received a multitude of emails from Knetbooks since saying 1) the book was returned damaged and 2) the book was never returned. Neither claim is true. I've emailed the company several times. This morning, I received an email explaining what will happen to my credit if this account goes into collections. There is no number to call on their website. If anyone knows it, please let me know so I can have a reasonable conversation with these people.

Fast and Affordable Ordered an older edition of Seeley's A&P textbook (in good condition) for $6.57 on the 21st, it shipped from Ohio, and then arrived to California on the 28th.

Best prices and quick shipping This company has the best pricing out of anyone and the rental process was quick and easy! I think I got standard shipping (whichever was the cheapest or free option lol) and it arrived within like a week which was great!

Book arrived promptly and well… Book arrived promptly and well packaged. (The text to let me know it shipped scared me because I thought it meant it had been delivered and I hadn't received it yet. I would suggest that text having a header of "heads up" or "it's on its way"since "shipped" can mean in-transit or arrived.)
