When they couldn't find my book When they couldn't find my book, they cancelled my order and refunded my money but why even advertise or offer a book that you do not have or cannot find?

It’s been over a week since my order… It’s been over a week since my order was placed. No response from Knetbooks about the status of my order, no info on shipping. Yet I’ve now received two emails asking me how happy I am with my shopping experience. Maybe spend more effort on order fulfillment and less on trying to garner favorable reviews?

I would suggest that text having a header of "heads up" or "it's on its way"since "shipped" can mean in-transit or arrived.)

2 for 2! This company is 2 for 2! I will continue to rent books from here. The books arrive in great condition, returns are easy. I have tried other sites, I will stick with this one.
