Great customer service My packages got lost in the mail and they were very helpful and responsive with keeping me updated with tracking numbers and finally replacing some books that were ultimately undeliverable. Also, with the free shipping over $9 dollars and frequent coupon codes, it's a very affordable place to stock up on books! The website is a little clunky, but it's worth it.

Closed. But continued to take orders. Discover Books continued to take orders as a marketplace seller through a major retailer as late as March 14. But evidently they had closed operations on March 11. And now Discover Books will not answer queries about refunds or the missing orders. Dishonest.

SCAM Clearly, a fraudulent enterprise. They take your money, make up stories about the delivery and never come through with the product. DO NOT SHOP HERE....

Did not match description, but good response from company This book was described as like new. I take this description pretty seriously, and so I was disappointed when the book arrived with a torn page that had been taped back together. In response to my complaint, the company offered a full refund and did not require that I return the book. I was pleased with this response. Otherwise, it's a great story and it arrived in a timely manner.
