Wrong order received but good customer service I ordered an engineering text book and received a children story instead. It is my first time buying from Discover books and I am truly unhappy about it. I tried contacting the customer service. We will see if they respond. Edit: the customer service responded quite fast. They apologized for the error and I got a refund for my order as they didn’t have the book anymore. So I moved my rating experience from 1 to 3 stars due to their good customer service. I think I will give discoverbooks another chance with a new order. Hope I won’t get the wrong order next time!

Never received my item Never received my item. I sent several messages to the seller never got any reply nor have I received a refund or my item. And after reading the reviews I wish I wouldn't have purchased from this company cuz it seems like they are out to scam every Damn person they can! 😡🖕

I love Discover Books I love Discover Books! I have been buying from them for years, now. They offer a very wide selection, including older books that I could no longer obtain through our local A+ library system. Prices are affordable, usually much less than "new book" websites. They even have children's books! Go on the site. Order books. (Sign up for email discounts. They do not overload you.) Receive books in mail in a timely manner. Read read read. 🤓
