CANobul, is a great service that has your back with professional agents that work for you. I highly recommend Nobul and the agent that we worked with. Spencer Rivers knows the business and what the client wants. He listens and is respectful. He is amazing at his job! He made the process easy. He was able to get us what we wanted from the listing price and he dealt with the buyers to accommodate their wants and ours. We were able to have a buyer within three days of listing and also purchased our next property with him. I highly recommend Nobul!

CAI would not recommend their services I had a very bad experience while searching for a house. Their customer support was not polite and my questions were answered harshly. How do you work with clients? They should consider better communication.

CASeriousness I will strongly advice to see how serious the cleint(s) is before assigning to agent. Some buyer(s) are just not ready. Most of the time they are gathering informations.
