They provide a selection of realtors and their offers and you pick one, easy. Their support staff is pretty good too if you need them for anything.

CADuane Page Duane Page, my agent who was suggested by Nobul was fantastic! He had experience and knowledge, went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of in the right amount of time and he fully explained the selling/purchase process. I had very little to do as he took care of everything. When my lawyer was unavailable Duane suggested another lawyer who was also outstanding. Everything has been completed according to schedule and it couldn’t have been easier!
