CANobul, is a great service that has your back with professional agents that work for you. I highly recommend Nobul and the agent that we worked with. Spencer Rivers knows the business and what the client wants. He listens and is respectful. He is amazing at his job! He made the process easy. He was able to get us what we wanted from the listing price and he dealt with the buyers to accommodate their wants and ours. We were able to have a buyer within three days of listing and also purchased our next property with him. I highly recommend Nobul!

CANobul was just great. Nobul was quick and prompt with matching me with my realtor. Teresa Macri who was amazing and worked for us. We had a bad experience with a previous realtor and we looked at a ton of houses. We looked at only 2 homes with Teresa and we found our home.

CADuane Page Duane Page, my agent who was suggested by Nobul was fantastic! He had experience and knowledge, went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of in the right amount of time and he fully explained the selling/purchase process. I had very little to do as he took care of everything. When my lawyer was unavailable Duane suggested another lawyer who was also outstanding. Everything has been completed according to schedule and it couldn’t have been easier!
