When USPS claimed there was an insufficient address on the package and they were going to send it back to Backcountry (after it had traveled almost the entire distance to me), Warren Michels personally helped me. He reached out to USPS and got the issue resolved. USPS delivered my package. And of course, there was a complete address label on it which was not damaged at all. USPS just messed up, but Warren fixed it for me and the package arrived in time for Christmas. Thanks to Backcountry and Warren.

Product was perfect Product was perfect, and it arrived incredibly quickly. In fact, I was waiting for a notice that it shipped, and it arrived on my doorstep within 2 days. So you might consider tightening up your 'shipping confirmation' process. Other than that, I'm recommending your site to a friend, who should be buying what I bought in the next week.

Good customer service My item was backordered which I saw when ordering. Once I purchased I received an email from the company just letting me know it was on backorder in case I hadn't noticed prior. No return policy for rope they miss labeled. They sent a dynamic rope I needed static rope. Merchant sent wrong product and wouldn't allow return of product.
