USOh my goodness Warren from customer… Oh my goodness Warren from customer service is amazing!!! I had a problem with an order that USPS lost and I called Backcountry gear after getting no where with the US Postal Service and Amazon. Although the entire fault falls on USPS, Warren stepped up and got the job done. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service he delivered!

USExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. My item was shipped immediately. When USPS claimed there was an insufficient address on the package and they were going to send it back to Backcountry (after it had traveled almost the entire distance to me), Warren Michels personally helped me. He reached out to USPS and got the issue resolved. USPS delivered my package. And of course, there was a complete address label on it which was not damaged at all. USPS just messed up, but Warren fixed it for me and the package arrived in time for Christmas. Thanks to Backcountry and Warren.

USI used backcountry gear to buy climbing… I used backcountry gear to buy climbing shoes in a size that was not available on backcountry.com or other typical outlets. The order with shipped quickly and delivered via usps. I did not have to exchange or return anything so cannot comment on that process.
