I received so much help over the phone… I received so much help over the phone from Warren. We spoke twice about a product and I ultimately ordered it. He went out of his way to assist me and answer my questions, even checking for dimensions on my vehicle to assure the article would fit...such real customer attention and concern..five stars well deserved.

Excellent service Jenny from the team helpfully shared her own experience with different items on my list and I picked 3 Klean Kanteen bottles at last. All of them were backordered at the time and this was well communicated to me. When they were back in stock and shipped to me 2 weeks later, they arrived in excellent condition thanks to the protective but not overly bulky package. Awesome experience!

Poor customer service and return… Poor customer service and return policy. They ASK you to find your own box to return shoes, in order to offer more protection I guess? They do not make it clear that it is a requirement or that there are consequences for not doing so. I couldn't find a box, so returned them in the original, never used. Was charged a 15% restocking fee because of damaged items, with no proof of damage. Seemed like they had good prices, but if you are unsure about your item at all, and may want to return it, I would suggest not using them.

I would like to take a moment to highly… I would like to take a moment to highly praise Warren, Customer Support. He was so polite and knowledgeable. He was professional and helped me find the item I needed for my granddaughter. I just cannot say enough about Warren because it is not every day that we can obtain the customer support he provides!
