Oh my goodness Warren from customer… Oh my goodness Warren from customer service is amazing!!! I had a problem with an order that USPS lost and I called Backcountry gear after getting no where with the US Postal Service and Amazon. Although the entire fault falls on USPS, Warren stepped up and got the job done. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service he delivered!

Product was perfect Product was perfect, and it arrived incredibly quickly. In fact, I was waiting for a notice that it shipped, and it arrived on my doorstep within 2 days. So you might consider tightening up your 'shipping confirmation' process. Other than that, I'm recommending your site to a friend, who should be buying what I bought in the next week.

Poor customer service and return… Poor customer service and return policy. They ASK you to find your own box to return shoes, in order to offer more protection I guess? They do not make it clear that it is a requirement or that there are consequences for not doing so. I couldn't find a box, so returned them in the original, never used. Was charged a 15% restocking fee because of damaged items, with no proof of damage. Seemed like they had good prices, but if you are unsure about your item at all, and may want to return it, I would suggest not using them.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. My item was shipped immediately. When USPS claimed there was an insufficient address on the package and they were going to send it back to Backcountry (after it had traveled almost the entire distance to me), Warren Michels personally helped me. He reached out to USPS and got the issue resolved. USPS delivered my package. And of course, there was a complete address label on it which was not damaged at all. USPS just messed up, but Warren fixed it for me and the package arrived in time for Christmas. Thanks to Backcountry and Warren.
