GBHad the best experience buying our… Had the best experience buying our first RV at Family RV Center. They were so incredibly helpful with all our needs, walked us through the unit before we left to make sure we had an understanding of how everything works and just made us feel that much more excited about our purchase! Proud to be part of the family and so excited to start making memories!!! Thank you Family RV!!

GBsemi Happy The sales staff was attentive during the sale. Afterward they became cold and distant. They preach family but don’t live it. A lot of stuff not explained well during walk through. No test done after modification and it cause flooding. I would directed experienced buyers this way but not first timers.

GBNew Customer for Life!!!!! We have been looking for a toy hauler for months. After being disappointed more than once with other dealers, I can’t even begin to describe how great our experience with Family RV was. Rodney Rodgers took the time and had patience for all the questions we asked. We knew exactly what we wanted and had to have and they sure did deliver. He was a perfect salesman for us. The unit we bought was used but Grant and Rodney spent well over an hour and a half going over every inch of the unit to make sure we knew and understood the features and operations before we left. They have definitely earned a customer for life with us. Jason & Mindy Patterson

GBVery bad service and equally… Very bad service and equally unprofessional. Purchased a pre owned 5th wheel trailer (first I've owned of this type) Presentation was great. they seemed really helpful. I was told the trailer would have a complete walk through and cleaning and also a complete and detailed walk through of the unit since this was our first time owning one. Upon receiving the unit via delivery, The walkthrough was quick and not explained to well and the individual who performed it seems to be in a hurry to leave. After the fact I seemed to notice the trailer had not been cleaned at all. It was still covered in dust and cob webs. Used q-tips and toilet paper with feces on it were found under the bathroom sink. Upon hooking up the sewer line I discovered it had not been drained due to the fact of removing the cover of the connector I had about 10 gallons of someone else's bodily fluids (and chunks) splash all over the ground and parts of my arm and clothing. I notified them and they promised to make it right. I have yet hear anything back from them. Most recently I ran into a problem with my slide outs. The didn't want to retract all the way. At first thinking it must be a mechanical issue I was able to bring out a RV mechanic to take a look. We discovered it was a simple fix and an educational error on my part being the bunk beds were bumping together causing the slide not to retract fully. This being partially my fault it is also an educational error on Family RV failing to demonstrate how to work this issue like was promised, Me being unfamiliar with this type of unit. Every time we have called about an issue we get a vibe of being an inconvenience to the company and they act like its not really their issue. We will no longer do service with family RV and will for sure take our business elsewhere........... *Reply. There was no mandatory 2 hour training session, instead more like 10 minutes to show basic controls like how to turn the lights on or lower the stabilizers.Nothing nothing detailed at all. Yes I agreed to pay half I had no problem with this. This is no way a form of retaliation. This is just a simple review aka my opinion of the matter. Cleaning wasn't done despite what your crew may have said. You said "...have done many things outside our normal policies to make things right..." We've yet to see these things nor do we expect them or want them. All we want is family rv to hold up their end of the contract when it comes to any future mishaps until the contract is done. Like I mentioned this is only my opinion and nothing more. Thank You.

GBWe purchased our first travel trailer… We purchased our first travel trailer yesterday and drove 15 hours round trip to complete the purchase. Our salesman, Rhylon made the process stress free and I highly recommend using him for your RV purchases. Definitely worth the drive.
