FAMILY RV and Chris are AMAZING!!! Chris did a fabulous job in the sales department making us feel comfortable with the purchase of our new trailer,and showing us all around it. Grant made us whit I think was a good deal on a new trailer and worked with us at delivery time to make sure all questions were answered and we were completely familiar with the new rv and how to operate it. We have bought 5 TVs from this dealership over the years and have always appreciated their honesty and service. Great job guys!!!

I inquired about a 39FKL Palomino… I inquired about a 39FKL Palomino Destination Trailer that was listed on their web page. They told me that they would get back with me first thing in the am. I heard nothing, so I called this am. The man I spoke with told me that they would beat another dealer's Price, Fun Town. He said that they would have to get someone to call us back. Well, we waited, NO CALL. Finally I messaged again, and the internet person said that they would have someone call us back. Well he finally got around to calling us back. He did NOT match the Fun Town Price instead put them down. Was not interested in selling us an RV for sure. Very disappointed.

We purchased our first travel trailer… We purchased our first travel trailer yesterday and drove 15 hours round trip to complete the purchase. Our salesman, Rhylon made the process stress free and I highly recommend using him for your RV purchases. Definitely worth the drive.
