GBI received great sales and service at… I received great sales and service at Family RV. Grant made us whit I think was a good deal on a new trailer and worked with us at delivery time to make sure all questions were answered and we were completely familiar with the new rv and how to operate it. We have bought 5 TVs from this dealership over the years and have always appreciated their honesty and service. Great job guys!!!

GBFind another dealership. Trust me! Dealership displays poor management and a take your money and run mentality. Horrible customer service. No Follow up after the purchase. The associate that delivered the RV arrived 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. I needed a 20ft hose which I had to purchase at the local rv service center in town which cost me 60 dollars plus he locked the RV Key in the RV and had to enter the RV by crawling through the storage compartment in the bunk house. Fridge didn’t work..trying to get that fixed has been a nightmare even with a warranty. Dealership needs to stand behind the product better. Absolutely awful experience. Will never go back

GBGreat experience and customer service! Called before I left on 2 hour drive, spoke with Zach, told him what we where looking for, on our way he sent text of options they had, upon arrival he was super helpful. My son purchased his first camper! Was a all day deal doing finance and preparing camper, but Zach was there thru the whole thing and stayed to the end to even walk us thru the camper and all the functions. Just want to say Thank You sir for making us feel like a true customer!! We will refer more friends your way. Also would like to thank the service crew for cleaning and checking the camper out before us taking ownership.

GBStay away! Service dept. and ownership wasn't honest with me. Sales folks were amazing. When the brake switch was installed by their service team, they damaged my truck. During the installation my cruise control, back-up camera, dashboard lights, and stereo system quit working. The Family RV service dept. told me that if I took it to Toyota Cert. Service and paid for a diagnosis, they would pay for the damage they did. I attained the diagnosis, gave it to the service dept. at Family RV, and they began the backpedaling. It has now been three months since the diagnosis, and they still haven't paid for the damage they did. I am out $2,800 because of them, and their owner won't return my emails. Stay away from this shady company!!!!
