semi Happy The sales staff was attentive during the sale. Afterward they became cold and distant. They preach family but don’t live it. A lot of stuff not explained well during walk through. No test done after modification and it cause flooding. I would directed experienced buyers this way but not first timers.

We purchased our first travel trailer… We purchased our first travel trailer yesterday and drove 15 hours round trip to complete the purchase. Our salesman, Rhylon made the process stress free and I highly recommend using him for your RV purchases. Definitely worth the drive.

Excellent Experience My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Family RV. We have been shopping around for a travel trailer for about a year and never could get what we needed in our price range.
