Frankie’s has always been on point with… Frankie’s has always been on point with the comics they sell. Comics come packaged very well. Comics also come to me in great condition. They take a lot of care in sending out the best product.

Why have a exclusive for presale and state on the website it will ship in a certain month, went you don’t ship the books till months later. False advertisement is what’s it’s called. But yet I can buy through their whatnot and they speed up the shipping. Why not take care of your website customers first than put us on the back burner. Having the same email response is lame stating you are understaff and etc. it’s not that hard to package books in a timely manner. So many of the others shops do. Say off whatnot and finish your shipping instead focusing on that . Common sense.

OK customer service I want to keep this very short. After almost a year, I did not receive a CGC book back from Frankie's. Opened up a dialog with them but it went quiet after a while. I left a sort of nasty review here. Frankie's saw my comment, took ownership of the issue and refunded my money for the book. I would have liked the book but I'll take the refund. Because they offered the refund without me asking for it, which is rare in this industry, I've upgraded my score from a 1 to a 3, which I personally deem as being a neutral score seeing that there was no harm, no foul but a year of lost time.

Ordered books back in April that… Ordered books back in April that released in May. I inquired and was told they were waiting to ship together with another order. Inquired over a month later when all books were available, did not receive a response. Requested cancellation over a week ago on all orders, still no cancellation. Frankie’s has gone downhill since joining Whatnot. They ship Whatnot orders as a priority, while website sales are often shipped months after release. It’s a shame, they used to be a great shop.

I love this site I come here all the… I love this site I come here all the time & order alot of comics. But they are anywhere from 2-4 months away from release before they ship. The packaging is fantastic. Like I said great packaging and customer service but the shipping needs real work.
