Awesome job I've ordered a few book from your site and have always gotten them in a timely manner. They have all been well packaged and protected from being damaged during transit in the mail.

Still waiting I currently have five unfulfilled orders. Four of those are from June. The last two orders that I received, I had to email and inquire as to why I was waiting for so long before they were eventually fulfilled. I'll most likely stop giving my business to Frankie's once my 5 books show up. Waiting months for books that are already out is not something I'm interested in doing anymore.

One of my favorite online Comic Stores Two years ago, after having a falling out with one of my local comic shops, I started ordering from Frankie's and have never had a problem. Shipping is always secure and timely. They seem to really care about their customers and even offer free shipping and early access to Facebook group members. Big fan of this shop and hopefully I can see it in person one day.

Good deals time to time but lot of delays on shipment They offer great deals time to time. Great customer service. I would love to give 5 stars but the fact that their shipping department got hit with Covid has delayed a lot of shipments. I have been waiting months for some of my orders of books that has been out for quite some time now. I’m hesitant to order from them until they can get back their full staff in shipping department.
