Frankie's has one of the best shipping… Frankie's has one of the best shipping processes for their comics out of any comic store. Everything arrives safe and in the condition as promised. I will definitely stay as a customer with them!

They will steal your money and repeatedly lie... They are being aloud to rob previous customers. Literally paid 300$ almost 2 years ago and nothing... and now they say I'll get the raw comic worth 3.99... this business need to fail because the owner is a thief who repeatedly lies or doesn't know how to run a business then lies to cover it... you choose...

Frankie’s has always been on point with… Frankie’s has always been on point with the comics they sell. Comics come packaged very well. Comics also come to me in great condition. They take a lot of care in sending out the best product.

Ordered books back in April that… Ordered books back in April that released in May. I inquired and was told they were waiting to ship together with another order. Inquired over a month later when all books were available, did not receive a response. Requested cancellation over a week ago on all orders, still no cancellation. Frankie’s has gone downhill since joining Whatnot. They ship Whatnot orders as a priority, while website sales are often shipped months after release. It’s a shame, they used to be a great shop.

Still waiting I currently have five unfulfilled orders. Four of those are from June. The last two orders that I received, I had to email and inquire as to why I was waiting for so long before they were eventually fulfilled. I'll most likely stop giving my business to Frankie's once my 5 books show up. Waiting months for books that are already out is not something I'm interested in doing anymore.
