Incomplete Order with No Response, Poor Service I ordered a Tello drone package with three batteries, a charger, Tello drone, GameSir controller and bag on 11/26/2018. I asked by email and phone for delivery estimates, with one response that they were waiting for the controller. I finally received shipment 12/19/2018, short two batteries with a note that the backordered batteries would be shipped in one week. I have not received the batteries and no response from multiple phone and email requests for update. Drone-World prices are no brgain, Shop Elsewhere!

The Service at Drone World! While there are plethora of benefit with the DJI Google Racing Edition, this review will be more toward the overall company at Drone World. The service at Drone World surpass my expectation due to the followings.. 1. Free Shipping and Rapid delivery 2. Excellent follow-up on merchandise 3. Amazing additional Accessories for your drone 4. Secure packaging 5. Quality of Service and knowledge Personally, I have worked with other Drone companies but Drone World has become my favorite online retailer. I look forward purchase many products from them. Thank you Drone World!

DJI Phanton 4 Pro+ V2.0… I ordered my DJI Phanton 4 Pro+ V2.0 drone from Drone World on 12/8/18. My card was charged, and like many of the reviews I received no promised confirmation email, and they did not answer my email and phone inquiries. Just now on Christmas Eve, the UPS man delivered my drone. So I'm happy, I just wish the company was easier to deal with communication wise.

DroneWorld was GREAT! overall DroneWorld was great in the overall. I was disappointed that it took 3 months to get a product out of Asia. That being said, they were on top of always responding to my requests for updates about availability and shipping etc. I'm glad I waited it out and didn't cancel my order. Many thanks for great service and responses to my concerns about the ultimate getting of what I had ordered.

I think that the MAXX Mod Long Range … I think that the MAXX Mod Long Range Mavic Pro Platinum is a pretty extensive package. The drone is excellent and the controller with the long range antenna is pretty nice. There are a few things in the kit either not needed or just not that great but overall I highly recommend it.
