Great products, slow response back on questions. Purchased a Mavic Air recently. Product arrived on time but was missing an item that was included. Called customer service and problem solved but still waiting for item. Customer service could be a bit better and response time could be quicker when contacting via email. Sometimes I get a response sometimes not. Over all I would purchase again from drone world.

Scam! This "company" is holding my funds while refusing to ship the goods they offered. They claim they can not honor the price, even though they processed the transaction and withdrew the funds. Phone lines do not connect to any service. I'm filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the FBI. This is the first time in my life I've had such an unacceptable online purchase experience.

Drone world is the best here’s why!... Drone world is by far the best drone retailer online!..don’t get a drone from a big name chain retailer as you will never get the customer support and service as you would with drone world.they also offer by far the best financing options for buying and financing a drone with super low monthly payments. Drone world has always answered my questions and are super nice to talk to over the phone...if you are not shopping with drone world then you are truly missing out on the best deals, packages, and friendly customer support anywhere on the drone market!!

i own 3 drones i decided to buy one (a… i own 3 drones i decided to buy one (a 4th one the pro 4v2) from drone world with the remote upgrade and a wraparound they are full of lies and bad costumer services first of the wrap came off it looked like a child did it when emailed them they said use a hot gun to put it back Really??! is that why i paid full list price + $100 , now about their 300 dollar range extender its BS dose not work . i got way more range on my mavic with regular remote i am really unhappy and will not buy from them again!!!!

I think that the MAXX Mod Long Range … I think that the MAXX Mod Long Range Mavic Pro Platinum is a pretty extensive package. The drone is excellent and the controller with the long range antenna is pretty nice. There are a few things in the kit either not needed or just not that great but overall I highly recommend it.
